1. HR - Asst Manager, Specialist
Responsibilities
• Assists in recruitment effort for hourly open positions in conjunction with the hiring manager,
utilizing the most efficient and effective sources, and staffing agencies.
• Attends recruiting events, job fairs, and company promotional opportunities to build applicant
pool and interest.
• Provides employee assistance, including employee complaints, investigations, and assists with
employee performance reviews.
• Maintains and manages training and development needs for assigned business units.
• Communicates employee issues, feedback, and evaluation to unit managers.
• Maintains open door policy for company employees and routinely informally solicits employee
feedback.
• Stays current with employment and labor laws and HR trends.
• Processes and maintains foreign Visa statuses and renewals.
• Assists in bilingual Korean translations amongst company members.
• Liaison between company headquarters and the local facility.
• Validates and approves hourly payroll records for processing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business with preferred concentration in Human Resources, Communication,
or Pre-Law focus.
• Asst Manager : 3+ years of generalist experience in human resources.
• Specialist : 0~1 years of generalist experience in human resources.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Certification preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual Korean/English required.
• Experience with a company with 300+ employees.
• Industry exposure with manufacturing, production, or related private service organization.
• Open to 10% travel within California.

Salary Range
• Asst Manager : $64k-88k/year DOE (salaried, exempt)
• Specialist : $24.04/hr (hourly, Non-exempt)
2. Quality - Sr Manager, Manager, Asst Manager, Specialist
Responsibilities
• Reviews the reports of QC activities being performed, any test reports of materials, or any
problems during the day.
• Implements internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services
meet customer expectations.
• Periodically trains production personnel to enhance their skill and knowledge of product
quality requirements.
• Performs analysis of raw materials and designs for quality, cost, and effectiveness.
• Ensures QC check list is being followed and keeps the finalized checklist for review.
• Ensures manufacturing processes comply with local and global standards of production.
• Specifies quality requirements for raw materials obtained from vendors and suppliers.
• Conducts quality audits to make sure set quality policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Oversees the training of quality assurance personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
• Prepares and presents to senior management reports of quality operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields, preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and measuring instruments.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing company strongly preferred.
• Sr Manager : 10+ year of experience in inspection and measurement at a manufacturing or
processing company required.
• Manager : 5+ year of experience in inspection and measurement at a manufacturing or
processing company required.
• Asst Manager : 2+ year of experience in inspection and measurement at a manufacturing or
processing company required.
• Specialist : 0~1 year or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Mathematics concentration
in mechanical engineering or other related fields preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
• Close attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient, quick and, comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation.

• Sr Manager : $110k+/year DOE (salaried, exempt)
• Manager : $69k-$100k/year DOE (salaried, exempt)
• Asst Manager : $64k-88k/year DOE (salaried, exempt)

3. Production Control - Manager
Responsibilities
• Works with Sr. & General Manager to determine production requirements and understands orders.
• Estimates time and materials requirements, checks inventory status.
• Distributes production schedules and work orders to departments.
• Reviews documents, such as production schedules, work orders to determine materials
requirements and priorities.
• Requisitions and maintains inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production
demands.
• Confers with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed
changes.
• Confers with customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints
or eliminate delays.
• Records production data, including volume produced or consumption of raw materials.
• Contacts suppliers to verify shipment details and coordinate shipping activities with external parties.
• Compiles and inputs information related to inventories, transportation, or purchase.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5-7 years manufacturing and purchasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory/EO management; import/export experience.
• Bilingual in English & Korean required.
• Prior logistics experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Required to have effective communication skills both verbal as well as written.
• Overtime expected and required on short notice, with flexibility based on plant production schedules.
• Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and statistical operations.
• Ability to quickly recognize errors and inconsistencies in numerical data (good analysis skills).
